For hotels, B&Bs & holiday lets

Direct bookings, not OTAs.

The booking site owns the guest until they log on to your Wi-Fi. From then on, they are your guest: a post-stay review request, a return offer for direct bookings, and a list you actually own.

We pay 15% commission to a site that never tells us who stayed.

Wi-Fi login gives you the guest’s email with consent, so next time they can book direct.

Guests leave and we never hear from them again.

A review request two days after checkout, then a return offer at the right season.

The Wi-Fi password is on a card at reception and everyone shares it.

Room-number or email login, time limits per stay, and a QR card in every room.

The hotel playbook

Three journeys. Switched on in a minute.

  1. Post-stay review

Two days after the last session, a short email with your Google or Tripadvisor link.

  2. Book direct next time

A return offer with a single-use code, sent when the guest is most likely to plan the next trip.

  3. Seasonal campaigns

Segment by last visit and send the winter break or summer weekend offer to the right people.

Questions hotels ask

Does it work with our existing access points?
Yes, on Grandstream, Ubiquiti UniFi, Aruba, Meraki, Omada, MikroTik and other routers that support an external captive portal or RADIUS.
Can guests stay logged in for the whole stay?
Yes. Set the session length per site (for example 3 days) and how many devices each guest may connect.
Where is guest data kept?
On WiFinger servers in the UK (London). WiFinger acts as your processor under a Data Processing Agreement, which lists every sub-processor (for example SMS or AI providers, only if you switch them on) and the safeguards for any transfer outside the UK.
