An independent café with wooden tables and a counter

For cafés & coffee shops

Turn the laptop crowd into regulars.

Your Wi-Fi is the most-used thing in the room. Make the login page work: a 5th-visit reward, a review request the next morning, an offer when Tuesday afternoon is dead.

Hundreds of people a week, and no way to reach any of them.

Every sign-in becomes a contact, with real, recorded consent.

Our rating is stuck at 4.1. Only the unhappy ones write.

A polite review request the next morning, sent to everyone, never filtered.

Weekday afternoons are empty.

The heatmap shows the gap; a scheduled offer fills it.

The café playbook

Three journeys. Switched on in a minute.

  1. Review request

First visit, wait 24 h, then "How was your coffee?" with your Google link.

  2. 5th-visit reward

Visit #5 triggers a single-use voucher by email, redeemed at the till in one tap.

  3. We miss you

30 days without a visit: a friendly note and a small offer.

Questions cafés ask

Do I need new Wi-Fi equipment?
No. Grandstream, Ubiquiti, Aruba, MikroTik, Omada, Meraki and most routers with a captive portal work.
Is asking for an email address legal?
Yes, when done properly. Marketing consent is a separate, optional tick; Wi-Fi never depends on it. We record the exact wording and time.
Can staff redeem vouchers on a phone?
Yes. A redeem-only login for the till, or scan the QR on the guest’s screen.
