Pricing questions
What counts as an access point?
The APs that broadcast your guest network at that site. Switches and staff-only APs are not counted.
What happens after the trial?
Pick a plan and pay by card or Direct Debit. Do nothing and the dashboard turns read-only; guest Wi-Fi keeps working for 7 more days.
Any per-guest or SMS fees?
No per-guest fees. Engage includes 5,000 emails a month and Enterprise 25,000; above that email is 0.1p each. SMS is by prepaid credits (one credit per SMS segment); Enterprise includes 250 SMS a month per site; credit packs available. Credits you buy are used after the monthly included ones; sending stops at zero, so there is never a surprise SMS bill.
Reseller / MSP pricing?
Manage all your customers from one login; the multi-site discount counts every site you manage. Contact us for partner pricing.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the UK standard rate on the invoice.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing; the change is pro-rated. Cancel in one click; your data export stays available until the end of the paid period.
